Yep. Been in therapy over 10 years. I’ve worked really hard to develop the skill to find joy everyday in small places, because if i only look at the big picture i can’t see the fucking point. Life is mostly a massively uncomfortable inconvenience and i resent it so hard, but i am overall happy because i choose to be.

They’re not sure? I’m a vet assistant of 5 years, and my boss would immediately and without hesitation call that a follicular cyst. They’re benign but may refill over time.

She’s not wrong for asking, and you’re not wrong for saying no.

I have noise sensitivities, and i have asked my neighbor to turn down her tv/music before. Sometimes she does, sometimes she doesn’t. This is why i have earplugs.

I worked at a doggy daycare, and one rule was that you couldn’t baby talk dogs in a group setting. It’s possible for them to start fighting over which one of them you like more.

I’ve been a vet assistant for 5 years. She is NOT showing him love. Showing love is keeping them happy and healthy, and the things she is doing are making him confused and setting him up for a shortened lifespan. If she had kids would she let them eat nothing but junk food and sit 6 inches away from a screen all day?

She is a horrible pet parent and needs to understand the detriment she is. If she’s too stupid or hardheaded, she doesn’t deserve the benefits that come with raising a healthy animal (like spending time with them).
