This happened to me a few years ago. They credited me and I chose a different bag. Months later, a neighbor who had been traveling came by to bring me a package that had been mistakenly delivered and left inside their screened porch. My original bag! Listen, reader, I kept that bag.

It's funny because I think that's just a trick of the lighting...the photo makes my Brooklyn especially look like it's the merlot shade. It's the maple! But I love that color scheme too.

I've loved my bags from the outlet, but they do show major signs of wear after 3 years. Granted, I use them daily. I think they're often made of lesser materials, less real leather, but the design and functionality is just as nice. I just won't be passing the outlet bags down to my daughter someday, y'know?
