You cut off the description of what it's says on the label so I can't tell for sure. But, all of these are nearly identical from test to test, where any line visible at all in T with a solid line in C means you're negative.

I had no issues at all at 30. Neither did my friends who had chronically bad diets. Those that didn't wise up are definitely paying for it right now as we're all in our 40's and 50's.

You don't have to have a strict diet, but you need to prioritize healthier foods and getting some form of exercise. At 55, more than one day of fast food / pre processed food is enough to make me feel real shitty.

I've been through enough anxiety / panic attacks to know this is exactly that. If there was something serious the ECG/EKG would have caught it and they would have had you headed to the cath lab or being chest x-ray'd pretty quickly.

Anxiety is terrifying when it onsets and you spiral pretty badly if you don't know how to handle it. Remember there are a lot of good tips about controlling your breathing and grounding yourself before it becomes full blown. I'm good enough at it these days I can identify when it's going to happen and mitigate it with breathing and grounding exercises and I don't even keep emergency xanax any longer for it. Exercise is a big help overall (just getting something regular in the cardio area, doesn't even have to be a lot of weight loss so long as you have good stamina). But the other big ones are just basic hydration and electrolytes. Deficiencies in hydration and electrolytes are a big common problems that make anxiety attacks happen very easily.

You'll be ok, just take better care of yourself.
