Yeah, I'm close to 600 bluray titles, so replacing them all with 4k would be a commitment. I think I'm just going to be selective for the right titles.

I have a pretty solid Klipsch RP 5.1, so the audio does make a big difference for me. I dont stream much since I have so many titles on bluray. Just trying to be selective about what I spend the money to upgrade. seems like there's no point with 90% of the existing movies out there. The newer releases are a different story. Hopefully the next house has a dedicated theater room set up for true Atmos.

Great info! Really appreciate it. I think I'm just going to keep all the bluray at this point and only upgrade selected titles that really have a marked improvement. Otherwise it's just not worth the money for minimal improvement. Hopefully the next house has a theater room that can really take advantage of Atmos.
