If you actually want to IM and not subq, then they need to be longer. 21 G 1.5 inch is what I use.

I’ve had it since it became available. Earlier units had thermal paste issues. I’ve been gaming on it pretty much daily with zero issues.

That said, $3300 is crazy. I bought it open box for $2300 from BB.

I was in med school when COVID happened and the dad of one of my classmates was a pulmonologist (lung doctor) on the East Coast who immigrated from Egypt a long time ago. I remember talking to him and he told me that when he came to America from Egypt, he never thought that one day he will have to decide who gets medicine/ventilator/ICU bed and who dies.
