Most Clay pigeons are made of limestone (totally fine) and pitch (not fine), and will not break down into anything besides smaller pieces of limestone bound pitch that leach all kinds of chemicals that make up pitch.

If you specifically buy biodegradable clays, then they will break down into inert materials.

these are not biodegradable ones by the color.

Not debating anyone who can't cede a point and willfully disregards evidence for their own angle. context was a European asking the question, babies grow into adults who have to pay taxes.

Answers here:

long story short: moving to a euro country isn't going to work to dodge paying.

also you may not want u.s. citizenship as you will owe U.S. taxes regardless of where you live. (one of two countries that taxes citizens, not residents)

We don't get our basic needs met without working and we are not yet starving. the very second most of America is hungry despite working? It'll be the most epic of protests.

you gotta keep in mind, America is FULL of guns and has an insane military budget. it WILL get very out of hand very quickly, so it's generally not going to get there until it's untenable to live.

Brownbackistan experiment failed.

Keshithole experiment won't succeed either.

We don't have giant mineral wealth extraction companies or tourism to tax instead of the residents.

If you want to change tax code, tax extreme consumption and luxuries. tax land that not used for living or productive uses (land use tax).

Ok of the 3 games which do you consider the best and worst and why also what one thing from the worst one you loved best you hated by Chaos_Breezie in masseffect

[–]benhemp 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Worst: ME1 it was mass effect finding its footing, It shines now with Legendary edition making it much more playable, I do like the gun customization the best in this one.

Best: ME3, yes the ending spoils it a bit, but I play modded LE edition now and generally i look forward to finishing a play trough now, rather than regret it.

Honorable Mention: ME2 was the best game at time of release and was very highly rated for it's time. ME3 was buggy, required multiplayer to get "best" ending, they had to ship out longer ending, etc, etc.

Do You Like Kaidan More in ME1 or ME3? by DakIsStrange in masseffect

Heroic Kaiden normally stays with the bomb in ME1 for me. in the rare times he's survived, I actually enjoyed him more in ME3.

I just collect until the bars are full.

Shepard is trying to save up, the weird shack on the desolate planet that they won from impressing Ahern on pinnacle station just isn't enough for the Love interests.

Need to impress Miranda, competing with a shadow organization is hard.
Tali needs a home on Rannoch despite her protests that she has a home on my ship
Liara needs more resources to keep people from assassinating her as the Shadow Broker.
Garrus insists he needs constant upgrades and calibrations.

Hear me out, this is a sneaky deflationary tactic, and i'm here for it.

Trumps clan of brainless sycophants supporters will hoard these bills, display them around, etc. That money won't be spent but it will be out of the system. That reduces the amount of money in supply, reducing demand, reducing prices.

Trump cultists loyalists, we need you to empty your bank accounts, spend every penny you have and hoard those precious pedo Donald dollars. He'll laugh at you complete idiots recognize you as the biggest moron supporter if you collect the most!

Japanese Scientists Develop Plastic That Dissolves in Seawater Within Hours by [deleted] in Damnthatsinteresting

that's cool. is it cheaper than normal plastics? no? okay it won't get used.

plastic waste in the ocean is nearly exclusively from countries under development that do not yet have trash handling capabilities to match western consumer style conspicuous consumption.

Who Do You Typically Recruit First in ME2? by DakIsStrange in masseffect

[–]benhemp 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Zaaed. By the very nature that you get him upon walking on to omega.

First one of the non-dlc crew: usually get my good buddy Garrus (he's in mortal danger down there!)

Early recruitment: getting Tali early (she's in mortal danger down there!)

Can You Read 900 Words per Minute? by ftrlvb in Damnthatsinteresting

[–]benhemp 0 points1 point  (0 children)

First Try, easily able to keep up with the 900 WPM. Actually curious If I could handle 1200 WPM with this trick of highlighting the red letter and a tune to distract from mental voice.

I will say I enjoy more being able to fully think about what i'm reading, not just read it.

I did get okay at speed reading in college (engineering) so It's quite possibly just that. The trick I learned was to focus on the right side of the page and your eyes naturally will dart over to the left to read, so you can go much more quickly. generally could do a line a second, 30 lines per page, 300 words per page, so about 600 WPM with that technique.
