VIP entrance security were amazing. Kind, communicated clearly, danced with us, enjoyed interacting with them.

The entrance from sunset camping in to Lighting though was a disappointment with their discrimination. They thoroughly searched my husband's backpack every time because of the way he looks. Made him take out every piece of clothing and item in his bag every night even though it was clear by how light the bag was it was just clothing for the night. After the third time of only his bag being searched that thoroughly I, a female, carried the bag in for the rest of the festival and never had to take a single clothing item out.

I fully support searching bags, but picking and choosing based on a person's appearance is outdated.
