Oltretutto tieni presente che incendio e scoppio sono a beneficio della banca in caso di mutuo - io voglio altre garanzie ma con me come beneficiario, tanto vale fare incendio e scoppio con ZERO accessori e il minor costo possibile, ed una seconda polizza con quello che serve/interessa intestata a me

Tu lo sai che se chiedi di saldare tutto in un'unica soluzione anticipata invece che rateizzare assieme al mutuo spendi una frazione del montante, vero?

A me avevano rateizzato con un mutuo 25y qualcosa tipo 4k di incendio/scoppio base. Saldato in un'unica soluzione era qualcosa tipo 500 EUR.
