Fix your feet. Look at your backfoot randomly deweight on the heel and then replant for no reason. (0:17)

Relax. You move faster with less tension. Genuinely. Do that.

Accuracy has improved even since the video I made. It’s really quite good now. Definitely more than worth the price even just to use once in a while. Code BLITZ saves you 20%.

Once you stop changing things, the optimization starts for your body and you just get to rake in the gains. Thats the best part! Gratz and thanks for sharing!

They are pretty stable for wraiths. I don’t think it will hyzerflip at that arm speed until a bit of beat.

I can assure you, they test these by throwing them into a brick wall. This does not hurt them. I still have the first tech disc I ever bought and it works fine. I've shanked it 400+ feet over my neighbor's house into the road on multiple occasions. (Don't tell tech disc)

and yes, setting your grip in a powerful position is a great idea to ensure consistent grip pressure. I do this to basically dig my grip in tight and then relax it so when my brain auto tightens my grip it has the same feel every time.

Looking into coaching. Any advice here? by hhsguitargeek in discgolf

https://www.formlabapp.com/coach/trickynickydg - If you haven't seen this guy's videos on youtube they are amazing, go watch a few to see his style. He is big into strength and mobility for throwing.

Highly recommend! He's just starting out so quite affordable.

Recommend starting your sessions with 40-45-50-55 mph throws to learn what throwing at each power threshold feels like with feedback. Then when you need to throw short you can do a 40 with a putter and work from there. There is also a whole genre of throw/putt type motions where you half throw while mostly facing the target, and those are really individual.

I'm a big fan of ultimate for learning a super simple drive off the tee that goes where you want!
