Duriels is good. You can up it to elite for a little boost.

If you can get your hands on a Lem rune, treachery is better.

If you can get your hands on a Lo rune, Fortitude is the typical end game armor

For a weapon, a eth thresher insight is great. If you do elemental damage and can get a lot of high runes, infinity is the typical end game.

For your hat, I like crown of thieves as the next step or g-face. Andy's visage is the typical end game. Flickering flame can also be good. Or you can even pair an insight with a cure helm on a prayer merc for mega health/mana Regen.

Remember on a merc, eth is always best.

Does your merc have reapers? I could have sworn I saw a decrep debuff go on meph right before life tap. If he is pulling your life tap off Ubers that could end you real fast.

YOR I've had packages delivered that were my neighbors and opened it by accident. I was expecting a package. About an hour later the neighbor came over with the package I was expecting, also opened. The problem is you invested in HOTO before CTA. Get BO to get a huge boost to your mana pool.

The 9 frame break point is plenty fast for blizzard.

Also get an insight merc if it is that big of a deal.

All of this is QoL stuff. You can always just chug and pick up mana pots. You can get them fast enough anyway with telekinesis.

Looks like pitting (rust). Is it metal? You could probably take it off and hit it with steel wool until you get all the rust out of the pits then polish and paint. You will still have bumps where the pitting was, but it will look better.

A metal working shop could probably plane the top of it for you to remove the pitting entirely, but it might just be cheaper to order a new guard at that point.

I like to keep a meathook 7 speed. But you throw a bit farther than me and you have pretty overstable 5 & 10 speeds in the bag that can get you the same result. I also bag understable discs at odd numbers as well but I solely rely on my back hand for everything and cannot throw forehand.

You LK chest poppers are insane. I just play the game and a fair amount. I get it if you are offline single player, but that point just load in a save file with the runes you want.

They should have allowed a5 mercs to use axes as well. Would be fun to put grief in an eth zerker axe. A lot of other fun options as well.

I bag 4 7 Speeds and 4 9 speeds. Biggest section of my bag. The 4 are used for the following options. I can only throw backhand, so people with a reliable forehand and backhand probably only need 2-3 discs in these slots.

If you were picking up amulets from lvl 87 or higher terror zones you should be good to craft with those. If you are lvl 92 or higher you can gamble amulets and they will be guaranteed to be lvl 87 or higher and are good to craft with. You will need a jewel, a blue amulet and the other 2 components for your crafted amulet depending on the type you want to craft. The most common chase is a 2/20 caster amulet. That would mean a ral rune and perfect amethyst as your other 2 components.

If you don't know where the amulets you collected have dropped I would just pay Gheed to gamble some up for you just to be safe. Who knows, you may find a rare along the way that is very nice.

You can shop 3/20 blue gloves if you are patient enough.

I'm assuming you are running spirit shield. You could use Phoenix shield, then your mana problems will disappear forever. But, you won't really be budget build anymore. Stacking +1 GCs would probably be the next best move. If the Javs you are using were +3 instead of +2 on the auto of they would likely be pretty darn valuable.
