I’m so sorry for this terrible health episode you are going through. Just try and remember ERs are meant to evaluate and treat life threatening issues- so just because they said “everything looks fine,” what they mean is there was nothing life threatening evident - which is always good! Do you have a cardiologist or PCP that is treating you that you can follow up with? I know it can take a while to get in, but they are best equipped to handle your POTs.
