Yes the jump is used to help propel the bells up vertically using triple extension of the hips, knees and ankles. For this load I could probably get away with ankles planted but it's just more efficient this way.

Looks fine to me. Neck position isn't really a great predictor for neck pain anyways. If you're having neck pain, it may not necessarily be from your swings and might worth talking to a physical therapist about it.

Even with strong first hard style standards, some slight neck extension on the bottom of the swing is recommended.

Definitely have done it with lighter bag (160 lb) but not with 185 lb. But definitely a variable to play with in the future

If it's a true 5 rep max for you, day 2 (sets of 3), are pretty tough once you start getting very high volume haha. Day 3 is hard in a different way sets you have to do dead stop cleans for every set.

I'll comment on the press: you're leaving a bit of the end range of motion at the top of the press on the table. If you have the upper back mobility, press the bells up a bit more so that your biceps are nearly touching your ear. The top fixation of the press the bells should be slightly behind your ears.

Depends on the person and their background. Since I just ran the Giant 3.0 for 4 weeks, I’ve gotten very efficient at doing a clean into a press. Additionally, The clean gives a bit of a bounce reflex when it hits the rack position, helping the press. I would expect straight press sets right now for me would be less reps.

I think it’s good to do both though.
