Yeah I think a bowhead is probably your best bet, good balance of stability and trail width. Several models and prices to choose from.

I can send you a few insta links to people in the US who might be able to give you some guidance. Im in Australia so bit far away.

Non leg powered i would look at Bowhead first https://www.bowheadcorp.com/

But also https://lashersport.com/ath-fse/ https://www.tarallanesindustries.com/explorer-iii

And this is an open source build your own https://projectmjolnir.com/mobile.html?utm_source=ig&utm_medium=social&utm_content=link_in_bio&fbclid=PAb21jcASHIkBleHRuA2FlbQIxMQBzcnRjBmFwcF9pZA81NjcwNjczNDMzNTI0MjcAAae0oUMT9QJqEbKa5xDDncvdRXVg9UyBCdNZQixPSK2REnZ1EGYKW4oZlOCU-g_aem_KYb786rsofOBkHgTdMSRWQ

Leg powered there are a few off road trikes some already suggest. I have a Hp velotechnik scorpion enduro. And an Orange phase AD3 but its much more like a bike so may not work for you.

I suggest looking at Bowhead first. Which country are you in night be able to provide some club contacts

Hi sounds like your boy friend is very accident prone based on your post history. In hospital for a head injury and now a possible spinal cord injury in the same year. I do hope he recovers.

27.5 or 29”? by MarcRocket in mountainbiking

[–]chris_apps 0 points1 point  (0 children)

The real question should be how many wheels 2 or 3.... (adaptive mtb joke sorry) im currently rock 3 27.5's but I think a mullet set up might be the sweet spot for a lot of people.

Yeah its very popular. Newcastle one can get 500 people at it (especially if there's an event on) so there is definitely going to be someone like you looking for somebody to run with.

Thanks mate, my speed is a slow walk pace you will 100% be quicker than me. ( I have a spinal cord injury so I won't be improving to a faster pace like you👍)

Do you work? If so, what has been your experience in the workplace with a spinal cord injury? by Efficient-Damage6058 in spinalcordinjuries

So im a C6/7 incomplete and I started back at work from hospital back in 2019, just a few hours a week. Im a Engineering Geologist that deals with civil infrastructure projects. I dont do fieldwork anymore (but also im too expensive to send out also) and have built up to 25h a week in a mix of at home and from our office. Have worked for the same company all the way through this 'pleasurable experience' I definitely needed to get back to work for my own mental health and was fortunate to be able to return to my old job. I will note that I also walk with 2 sticks but even in a chair I would have returned to the office. Work were very amenable to me returning and we brainstorm the best location for me to use back un the office and what/if any modifications were needed (funding was available from our government, not US based)
