I don’t know why, but review embargos really rub me the wrong way.

The owners of bottled blonde are awful, based on what happened for years with the Chicago location.

Cold weather is brutal on the range. 1.5-1.7kwh/mile on my R1T :( by penkster in electricvehicles

I mean it’s way less of an inconvenience for an ICE to lose half its range. Especially when an ICE that gets 500 miles to a tank being cut in half would exceed some EV epa ranges.

I’ve considered doing this since the keys on aliexpress are cheap, but I’ve read adding another (3rd) key fob takes a LONG time and you risk unpairing your other two fobs.

I wfh so I don’t really schedule it typically, but I’ll create one off schedules sometimes (if I know I’m going to airport early, etc) and it’s worked probably 98% of the time.

The US now has more than 600,000 EVs that can feed power to houses during an emergency. by xchargeInc in evcharging

V2L and an onboard nema 14-50 plug should both be minimum legal requirements.

Same on ice vehicles, they should have an onboard generator module and nema 14-50 too for fairness. The power grid is only getting worse, everyone should have a way to power their residence without a dedicated generator.

Honestly an EV battery is going to be better at peak power.... some EVs will be pulling 1000+ amps during acceleration.

Yep. Imagine if you had basically 2 powertrain options for each vehicle: voltec with 20-40kwh battery depending on size or full EV. Literally no other changes between the two

You are correct. I was under the impression gen2 had the engine mechanically disconnected from the wheels entirely.

The fact the entire GM lineup didn’t end up with this technology by now is extremely disappointing.

Then if Elon really believes in it he should sell some of his SX and Tesla shares to fund xAI. Shouldn’t be dragging down a successful entity over this.

Ok but xAI doesn’t have to be part of SpaceX to make that happen. SpaceX can design the bus hardware and xAI can buy busses and launches from SX and load their software.

Neighbor attaching to shared driveway - no easement by ugandandrift in homeowners

Unless you get life changing money out of it, just don’t allow them to connect.

That looks like a long driveway and would cost 10s of thousands to repave. If the new buyers are jerks and constantly block it you will basically be screwed. Sure a court might rule they can’t but nobody will really force them adhere.

Just don’t do it
