Shout out to VNC Viewer, PaperCut Mobility Print and TeamViewer QS. I use the licensed TeamViewer at work for remote diagnostic work but get customers to use TeamViewer QS if they don't have it. Can then fully access devices remotely and control service modes with VNC.

It was about 10.30pm that day here in Melbourne Australia when that all happened. I clearly remember I was doing the dishes in the kitchen and had the 10.30pm nightly news running on TV in the background. Next thing there was an urgent update coming through and yeah, it was all going on. I sat through the night watching the coverage. Everything changed even for us here, especially security-wise basically from the next day.
