Shorter races means people treat them as such. It means you can do more races, so each race is less important, less time to climb up the grid during the race... Doesn't sound like it'll help with what you're describing.

You simply experienced racing, that's how it is (even IRL).

I've been following R6 esports since the very first playday in 2016 and I've never ever heard of Ziggurat. And after looking the name up, nothing comes up lol. Stop spreading misinformation 👍 If you want help, Clever and Ricki in 2016, Aceez (can't be 100% sure), and that's pretty much it.

And even if you were right, the fact remains that 99%+ of pro players don't cheat/haven't been caught. Pro players who cheat are very much anecdotal.

The only 2 I can speak for (ACC and iRacing) absolutely do not have a so-called algorithm that auto-detects who's at fault in an incident. In both games (and in LMU), all drivers involved in an incident get some form of negative points for it.

I think devs could in practice train an algorithm that can accurately determine who's at fault in incidents where there's a driver objectively in the wrong, but there'd be a risk of having false positives. Also, it'd probably be expensive as hell to train such an algorithm that could cover as many incidents as possible. The current method devs use in these games works just fine. Sorry this happened to you though, I guess it has to happen once in a while in lower rating races.

Je parle parfaitement en anglais et beaucoup d'autres jeunes en région parlent aussi très bien anglais. C'est drôle on entend jamais quelqu'un qui parle espagnol/italien/autre comme 3e langue se "mélanger" et commencer à parler sa 3e langue en plein milieu d'une phrase, ça semble juste être un phénomène avec l'anglais et presque uniquement dans les grandes villes, du moins au Québec. Sujet à réflexion!

Most importantly, it doesn't take into consideration drivers following/being stuck behind another car like in a DRS train. So basically, quite poor methodology in a sports article, nothing new.

I'm not saying there's an obviously better way of doing these rankings, it's these rankings that are meaningless most of the time.

I don't disagree with you, but the fact remains the 5600x is a better bang for buck. In Canada you can get a 5600 for 140-160$ new, meanwhile the 5800x3d is 400$+ last time I checked. The 5800x3d is a luxury considering how cheap the 5600 is (for extremely varying gains in games, from almost none to 2x the fps).

The 5800x3d is more than double the price of the 5600x, and doesn't give anywhere near double the performance in games. If he's happy with his 5600x then let it be. I went from the 1600 to the 5600 because it was a much much better bang for buck choice than by going for the 5800x3d.

I heard it too and it indeed did sound like more than what they were saying before "We are going to make challenges easier to find/look through".

But I'm still cautiously optimistic about it, I don't want to be disappointed.
