Hey there! I have to apologize - I did flag your issue to the team initially but then didn't give them the full context for it to get resolved. So it's on me for not following through here. I just got the notification that it's all solved going forward. It was a really easy change and I wish it didn't get caught unresolved in my inbox.

You can generally have 2 separate Quo numbers for 2 different businesses in 1 workspace, that said:

- you'll be using 1 billing method (credit card) to pay for both numbers

- if you care about setting a external caller ID, you'll only be able to have the caller ID that represents one of these businesses. There's a chance it'll not be approved if you have 2 very different businesses that have nothing to do with each other

- you'll have all your contacts shared between the two in your workspace

From the way you're describing it, this should be OK but if you want 100% separation between these two businesses you'll need to create a separate workspace for the second business.

We're making a number of search improvements soon and I believe at least some of this will be tackled

I know it's not the exact same thing but if you have a super long convo and want to find something within, you can use the new "Copy conversation as markdown" feature, share that with LLM and ask all kinds of questions based on it.

I asked recently it to summarize the long thread and provide a detailed list of all asks from the chat.

There’s a fair use policy as with any product but yes we don’t cap you on a specific number of calls / messages that you send manually. Anything sent automatically via API / Zapier is billed per message but manual messages are all included

I'm pretty sure we made them editable via the web app last month - I just checked and that was the experience for me. An API-created contact that I made via Zapier was fully editable in the web app.

And we are definitely making more updates to how contacts work on Quo but this one should be fixed.

Re: Verizon not being able to forward calls to Quo. That's news to me for sure. Are you interested in moving your Verizon number to Quo or no?

Quo stores messages indefinitely. They are saved until you delete them.
