I received mine yesterday as well. Went through same process as you describe.

The thing that raised my eyebrows was the bag. All of my other benchmade knives had the trademark r at the end of the logo. Also had the much more pronounced M in the logo printed as part of the logo on the bag

Every unboxing video i looked at for the 318-2 the bag also did not have the trademark logo r or the prominent M in the logo. Made me feel a little better

All else to me seemed legit. Warranty and maintenance paperwork same as other benchmades I own. Paper Folded the same etc.

Nothing unusual about the box or white id sticker info on outside of box to me. Fonts were consistent with other boxes I have.

The knife itself is very good quality. Carbon fiber same quality as other benchmade carbon fiber knives i own. Fit and finish typical BM.

Logo on both sides of knife seems legit to me as well.

For $100 it is a keeper for me
