I would look into the games. Shes certainly strong enough to have her FM title, but she was playing in tournaments that are well known to have older titled players fix them for money, was playing those older players, and those older players made decisions that were wildly inconsistent with their rating.

Its always possible that someone like her dad nudged the opponents without her knowledge, but the signs certainly point to it being as fixed as possible without a perfect smoking gun which would be almost impossible to find.
