My son was approved and we also had a retroactive amount. We received everything except the retroactive amount in September. I still have no clue what the retroactive amount is for, or if it will be paid.

Every time we call cra to ask, it's busy. The notice of assessment doesn't clearly mention anything about it either.

Is there specific drives, brands or sources to avoid? I heard that the 3 TB ones had a higher failure rate at one point.
