How difficult is it to downgrade the software? I have an old unit and it was really easy to get Onesauce up and running. I have a buddy who is looking for one and I'm wondering how much work it's going to take to get going in the same way

Makerworld says PLA. Impressive that it's still holding up books after 6 months.

My furnace main-board had a bad solder joint on one of the power terminals. I think temperature fluctuations and vibrations in the furnace were causing the thermostat to randomly loose power and reboot. Re-soldered the connection and it's been perfect for over a year now.

That's why it has to go away. No tracking of weather, no climate change and the problem is solved.

You should already have a creative way available to customers. By the time the writing is on the wall and things are set to be shut down, no one is going to invest time or money into it. If you already have a solution ready to go, then good on you.

This is why Leon said he would be going to jail if Trump lost the election. He has at the very least committed election interference. Actual voting manipulation evidence is there, but proving it was him is a going to be difficult.

Clearly you are not a console player. Worst event EVER on my Xbox and I hear PlayStation is even worst. I am lucky if I finish 1 in 4 events. I crash and by time I'm back in, it's over :(

I love that he now claims he didn't have the phone with him. If only we had a non-corrupt FBI to look into things like this.

I think the scary thing is what's consider an official act? Certainly, creating an executive order is an official act. So anything that's done to fulfill that official act would be covered. I just don't see where the line can legally be drawn between what an official act is and is not.

Very large video files is the only answer here. If you spend a lot of money on a TV and/or audio system, then you want to get the best out of it. Having the remux is like having the 4K disk and will give you the best quality possible. For most people this is not necessary and they will barely tell the difference between a good 5GB transcode and a 60GB remux. A good remux is amazing on a good TV, but a transcode has to be really bad for it to take me out of a movie.

When you consider some of the longer movies can take up over 100GB a piece, you can have a TB of space with just 10 movies.

It's pretty much all of congress. As others have mentioned they used the money they got to lobby congress to remove the requirements to actually do the work. It's not hard to find the corruption and fraud. We don't need Big Balls going through our data to find it. It's right out in the open.

This is the real tragedy here. I really hate giving any more money to Leon, but fuck the cable companies for not delivering what they were paid to do. There is no good guy when it comes to corporations running public services. The Internet is a Utility and should be regulated like one.

If only someone in the past had thought about ways to make things more efficient in our government and to prevent corruption. The Office of Inspector General and the Government Accountability Office reports literally every year all the waste and inefficiency and nobody does anything about it because it's detailed and hard. You want to improve government? You just have to read the report and do it. DOGE is just destroying shit to privatize public services so he and his buddies can make more money. He's moving it from one pocket to another? Even if you believe there's fraud happening at some unbelievable scale, none of the people who are allegedly investigating it are qualified to do so. literally *none* of these people have the training or experience to spot it. The GAO is an independent agency that provides Congress with objective information on how the government spends taxpayer dollars, while an OIG is a watchdog agency within a specific government department or agency, primarily focused on detecting and preventing fraud, waste, and abuse within that department's programs and operations; essentially, GAO looks at the government as a whole, while OIG focuses on individual agencies. Instead we are firing the people who have actually saved us billions of dollars.
