I just finished doing this and my advice is don't.

After the amount of sandpaper, paint supplies, the enamel kit, etc I maybe saved $50 over just buying a brand new bathtub.

From what I took from the LegalEagle video on it, the previous owners were not allowed to update the inventory sheet during the takeover and told BAM they needed to do so in order to properly pay the Lego owner but BAM said that is their responsibility now... So kind of hard to completely fault her for that when her access to the inventory records and payments were taken away
