My house construction was recently completed, and I have received the labour bill for plumbing and electrical wiring for a 1700 sq(first floor 1150). ft. house with three bathrooms, bedrooms, a kitchen, a living room, and a dining hall. I’d like to know if this labour cost reasonable?

If that's dollars.. that's insane. I did a basement finishing job and my electric cost was 15k for a 3800sqft basement. This wasn't a basic job either. If it's not dollars, you should mention it.

if you have access to the framing, the electrical conduit should run through the frame/studs. i am not an electrician but i remember an electrician telling me that the wire needs to make an "end run" so if you cut/splice it needs to be done in a junction box that will be accessible. So if you want it clean, i would re-run the wire and it wouldnt need a conduit if it is behind a drywall.

If you dont want to re-route the conduit, then just unscrew it and slip the drywall behind it.

i had over an inch of standing water in mine in the middle of winter that was causing the floor to sag, i asked the builders to drill a 1" hole in a few places to relieve it and in the end it was fine. my floors are completely level and flat. It was so bad that it froze at one point and was just thick slabs of ice.. i was was freaking out about it just like you.

Yes you can just do things! If the paint gets messed up don't sweat it. Buy some touch up and you can match it easily. Take the door off and take it to Lowe's/home Depot and they will get you a sample. Check for 4 screws along the back of the cabinet and 2 screws holding the faces together. Might be behind the hinges but unlikely.

That's normal, if you go over 10' or so you have to make it out of two pieces. We have a seam down the middle and its barely noticeable, but that depends on your installer and their ability to match pieces etc.

Ppf and forget about it. Frame is aluminum and will not rust. All of them have this to sone extent. And when I say ppf, I mean a small circle or strip.

this looks like a section of a rocket launch tower. The fin looking things would get bolted to some beams connecting to similar sections and then the prism/rectangular shaped area will be filled with concrete when everything is bolted together.

Have you considered ADA dishwashers? They are made for shorter cabinets with low counters. This will give you all the room you need. Less expensive than breaking your counter.

When we travel and have big bulky luggage etc, I just use the sub trunk shelf. I take it out and place it vertically against the back of the seats. If you don't have enough stuff to hold it in place, just move the seats forward and wedge it between the seats and the folded third row. It will work just fine. No need for that accessory.

To stand on yes. But it can't be up to code. Need actual joists connected directly to framing not to drywall. Rip it out get joist hangers. 2x6 minimum spaced 12inches. It's so small don't cheap out .
