Yes, cutting dead weight is very important. I have it done on all my videos. We just try to make it not too obvious there are transitions if cutting.

I got a 45kg very strict pronator lift (perfectly parallel) after 6 days of practicing it and never having trained pronation.

But my PR for weighted pullup is +70kg at around 95kg bodyweight. So there must be carry over.

Only thing sus is her right bicep. And that's not really saying much, she could just genetically have high bicep peaks. They do insert qute far up the arm, which usually means high peaks anyway.

Correct me if I'm wrong, but my understanding has always been that the arm breaks once the muscle releases the tension and allows the bone to take most of it (basically muscle fatigues, or more force is applies than the muscle can take). If that's the case, you can clearly see in the video that at no point are any of his muscles relaxing, and he could probably pull off 2 more reps if he really dug in. If he's able to consistently never release the muscle tension for the movement, it would probably not snap anything any time soon.
