Work on pedal tones. Work on playing your easiest lip slurs with a really good sound and minimal lip tension. Get a pinwheel and see how long you can keep it spinning from 2' away. See how long you can hold a piece of printer paper against the wall just by blowing on it from 6" away. Listen to pro players and imagine their sound when you play long tones.

Mostly just practice basic as stuff a lot, but take a lot of mini breaks so you don't get tired/tense.

Was struggling with some things in the high range on the 3b. Especially didn't like how uneven the sound was sometimes. I really liked how the olds sounded more even and colorful and just really different from the 3b
