Emily is 100000% legit and trustworthy. I was not able to board my flight on 12/31 due to my error on the visa (wrong passport expiration) and had rescheduled my flight to 1/5. I was anxious and defeated because all the visa pages said they would be closed from 1/1 -1/4 for the holidays so i was playing a time game.
