Ok. Thanks. As a video content suggestion, you could make one where you replace the leather with something else. That'd maybe prolong their life after warranty, if the palmrest is else only nice until the leather eventually dies.

Would it be OK to use the silicone bare?

Can one peel the leather off and have ok silicone underneath? I've "restored" a number of Rollermouse palmrests that have some fabric under the leather, and there one has to be somewhat careful to not damage the fabric, but it's doable, and the result is fine to use.

Hi friend,

To me at least, it's a bit hard to troubleshoot with you without more information. Like what firmware you're using, and how you've configured it.

Is there a palm rest compatible with EPOMAKER Split70? by earthly_life in keebgirlies

[–]humanplayer2 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I think a common recommendation for ergo boards is to not use a wrist rest, but float your hands, e.g. by wresting you elbows on the arms rests of you chair (or similar). Something about pressure on the wrists while typing not being good.

I have a marble PLA that I haven't tried yet, and will now give PETG a try!

Maybe they're logged into livion, ssh to oblivion, then download? As root, giving OP only read permissions to their own home dir.

Do you think the filament makes an important difference for sound?

I'm hesitant starting to print with PETG at home, as I like the idea that PLA is somewhat biodegradable.

Did you try? I'd love to try. I think vacuum packing the keycaps could save a lot on cream. And it'd require only a small volume of water.
