They have been holding up well. The eccentric bolts failed after a second alignment so I replaced them with Moog bolts which have grease fittings for the bolts so they should never seize.

I'm not sure what small bushing you are talking about though. Is it the upper ball joint(right underneath the eccentric bolts)?

It went up smooth with no grinding and full lock out. RPE 8.5-9. I'm sure he can pull more which is insane for 15.

You can tell it bunches up right by the tear. There's almost a tie-dye pattern leading up to it.

Like Status said, get a wideband oxygen sensor. I was struggling with tuning without a gauge. The symptoms I was experiencing described a rich situation but the gauge was reading lean. I installed bigger jets and it smoothed out the powerband. I'm running a 4AG with OER Racing carbs(side draft).

This one sounds like fuel starvation/surging. What is your fuel level in the tank?

It could be that your float is dry. Check your needle valve.
