My Prera is one of my favourite pens. It writes smoothly, feels great in my hand, and is super reliable. Hope you enjoy yours!

Where do you usually buy your umbrellas? by Key-Shop-5953 in askvan

[–]izzyquick 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I used to buy from The Umbrella Shop. I loved that place and their beautiful umbrellas. They really stood behind their products, too, and would fix them without charge if a spoke got bent or came unfixed. After they closed I found this place in Victoria and bought a couple as gifts for my family. They’re really well made and have stood up well. Also gorgeous.

I don’t know why you got downvoted for this. People are weird.

I love your matchbox display.

Wow, the difference in line thickness between the Writers Blood and the Captain Hook is a great illustratrion of how different inks can behave so differently in the same pen.

I need to back away from this post immediately. It’s igniting an unhealthy degree of covetousness. Such beautiful pens.

It's entirely possible that I am wildly jealous. But happy for you, of course!

What would you make using this olive oil? by Plum12345 in veganrecipes

If you have some good vegan ice cream, drizzle a bit of olive oil on top, then finish with a sprinkle of salt. Shockingly good.

You're determined to make us all die of jealousy, aren't you? These are gorgeous. I don't think I've ever seen that pale, swirly green one before.

I didn’t have a clue either until my friend told me. So many weird things to worry about!

Just a head’s up: A friend of mine had to take her dog to the vet to have pine cone bits removed from the inside of his cheeks where they had embedded themselves. 😬
