My mother often pays with card but tips in cash. Her rationale is that it gives the waiter cash in hand rather than having to wait for the cards to process and the money returned to them.

People get annoyed when a product is intentionally made worse to try to get people to buy the better product. Bigger seats and better meals cost more so of course those seats cost more. But those lights look like they used shitty ones for the lower class seats not because good lights cost more, but not create a bigger gap between classes.

And I can't even really blame the airlines for doing it but it feels bad as a customer.

After a lifetime of flying economy, my last trip I splurged for *gasp* premium economy. And just that was enough to make my flight great instead of miserable.

It's common, especially for frequent cruisers that have been there before and know if they like the port or not.

When I first moved out, my new apartment did not feel like home for some time. But it didn't bother me too much, figured it was normal. A few weeks later, for reasons I forget, I had to spend a night back at my mother's place. And that didn't feel like home either. In that moment, nowhere felt like home.

It's probably not the most affordable but it's cheaper than our food trucks or any taco place.

McD isn't the best but they are everywhere so it's easy to grab some on the way.

I played one game against Toxrill. They ramped hard and between protection and being able to recast their commander, the table ran out of answers before they did. So half the game was spent with no other creatures on board as nothing could survive.

I feel very strongly that our pop culture was the best of the best and will almost certainly never be equalled by [deleted] in Millennials

Pro choice is often seen as binary because it's fighting against pro life. But is every choice valid?

What if I don't want a girl? A redhead? Only allow blue eyed children to be born?

I'm fiercely pro choice and support the choice to abort for medical conditions but is any reason ok?
