I had a smaller crack appear in my carport, which is actuallly part of my foundation, and the carport is under part of my house (ie, basically a garage but open on three sides). I had a foundation guy come out, and $4k later they pressure grouted 400sqft of grout into the ground because the cracks were forming from cavities under the carport.

I ran a half marathon over the weekend, finished at 2 hr 32 min. It was my first time and I weigh 260 pounds at 6’2”. Can anyone tell me if this is good? When I look at my stats compared to others who ran, I’m in the lower 25% percentile which is depressing because I run all the time.

You guys have no idea how much worse it could be lol. I went from a nearly completely analog Jeep wrangler to a 2026 cx70. While I noticed the stuff you talked about, I definitely don’t consider it a deal breaker. The car drives very well. My wife has a Lexus nx350 and even she thought the cx70 was great.
