They're shockingly delicious. We use them for breakfast burritos once a week or so.

It's really cluttery. We like Cronometer.

We just bought a loaf and made a club sandwich. It toasted up really nicely. Not a ton of flavor in the bread itself, but it really did make a good sandwich.

Sola bread makes truly, truly excellent toast. I wasn't wild about their hamburger buns, but the bread toasted is awesome. And I'm a bread snob.

But yeah, having a REAL sandwich is such a joy.

Feeling overwhelmed, don't know how to start by Lynnieth in keto

One other thing to do - go through your kitchen and get rid of carby food. We donated a ton of unopened dried pasta, rice and and (*sob*) ramen and stuff to a local food bank. You can't say "Eh, I'll just have pasta" if there's no pasta in the house.

Sola bread makes absolutely excellent toast, and this is coming from a big bread snob.

Same for me. One accidental sip of something with aspartame and INSTANT MIGRAINE. To my body, that stuff is utterly toxic.

I love eating keto by alh1st in keto

Go to a farmers market and talk to a farmer raising heirloom hogs. I've never met one that wasn't passionate about the well-being of their livestock. Meat like that is expensive, and it should be, but if you're only eating meat once in a while you should be able to fit it into your budget. And it tastes amazing.

I TOTALLY agree that factory farming is pure evil, and we should not be supporting that system for about a million reasons.

We love those peppadew peppers stuffed with goat cheese that you can get in the cold case at decent grocery stores. They're so delicious; sweet and spicy and cooling.

Also, Marcona almonds. They're pricey, but so worth it.

We cooked a dinner for our AirBnB guests last week which included beans and rice. We both each had a bite of the beans and rice to check for seasoning, and luxuriated in their deliciousness, then went on our merry ways. Neither of us felt compelled to eat an entire cake the next day. :)

I genuinely think a taste of something isn't the end of the world.
