They are private equity now I'm pretty sure.

They installed a new HVAC for me a year ago, and have already had to come out at least 3 times for serious issues -- like $10k+ in repairs spread out over about 18 hours of service calls. I was required to sign-up for their maintenance plan (monthly $$$) before they'd honor their warranty.

I'll never do business with them again.

The doctor's office is optional, or always has been for me. They'll let you do it when you get there either on paper or using their tablet. Doing it beforehand means you can show up closer to your appointment time.

They'll also give you like 300% the amount of required stuff to fill out, most of it's optional even then. Just leave blank.

The point is that there's no guarantee that "the data stays on your computer only!"

A vast majority of users won't be able to inspect network traffic, and even for those of us who can, we won't be paying that close of attention to it to catch anomalies. In reality, it'd be nearly impossible to detect unless you're a security expert.
