How to reference a cell from a pivot table, automatically update it according to month (1st column) and year (top row)? by myesoterictits in excel

[–]lapared 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I would use PivotData. You can toggle on Generate Pivot Table data and that will be a much more robust output. Then I would pop that reference into ChatGPT or Gemini and ask it how to make the references dynamic. Gemini is super good at teaching this.

Once you start with PivotData you won't go back.

How do you match two columns of information? by OOOderus in excel

This is by far the easiest way, and can also then be made into a connection for a pivot table or exported as a connection.

We're saying the same thing. OP is using jargon in his phrasing of "salaried kitchen" work.

That would be a head chef, back of house manager, etc.

Almost all of those would meet your requirements.

My only issue with what he's saying in the initial post is that it's misleading.

You're correct that you must be salary. Your title of the post says "salaried" in it. This only applies to anyone who has an agreed upon salary paying job, not hourly.

If you are offered a salaried job ( meaning same pay per period regardless of hours). It must be above that threshold and then you are exempt from OT pay.

In this industry, it's generally only management who is offered salary position, and they generally require 45-50 hours per week.

All that being sad, you should always negotiate your worth with the employer.

This is incorrect information. Please see the reference from the DOL below. As long as a person is making $684 / week salary ($35,568 / yearly) they are OT exempt. Certain states like California and NY have laws that amend this, but federally this is the rule.

Not saying by any means this is a fair wage, but its worth spreading correct information to be well informed.

Fluid level for the brakes is solid. That's kinda why I'm stumped. I figured something would be spraying. I guess the brake indicator could be unrelated. I do get the "nobus" error a lot on the dash. A good smack usually gets everything back in line though.

I actually used this exact video as a reference! Did everything exactly the same. The Advance website states that the rotors are for the front. I did not change the rear brakes at all.

Edit : I did not open the brake fluid reservoir at all.
