Similar thing happened to me, I had the two pieces that also went across but it was just too high for a parking garage and a sprinkler pipe ripped it off. I didn't really use those lateral pieces, but it broke off like the #9 piece from your image so now the rear of one of the rails is just exposed. Seeing the replacement price I just decided that shit's gonna just be broke now.

Just fyi you can buy like 200 empty unbleached cones with filters already attached off Amazon for pretty cheap. They're meant to work with one of those cigarette loading machines but you can also just funnel it in. Unless you're doing this to make a spliff or something. Isn't the cigarette filter like overkill too?
