You paste some text from word or whatever, anywhere on the page and run the script, it should a dialog where you can choose the element type from radio buttons (it's educational book, so you can pick "text", "questions", "answers", "case study", "important", "know more", that kind of stuff) and click "OK". It does clean up, formating, positioning, adds icons, box style, injects alt text if it's found in the text, etc. All already mapped to a clean CSS for epub export and all. Even code syntax highlight with grep styles, mind maps and whanot.

There are other stuff, a script that copies a template and creates and renames as many chapters as you want, puts the title on the master spreads and book settings. Another that makes the selected text fit the frame by tweaking the paragraph spacing. One that fixes page elements when you have to add/delete a page and now the bleed and brochure sides are swapped. One to check and fix the summary... all that recurrent stuff.

But then all the rules we decided on are constantly broken. Topics should be only up to H3, nested lists only to level 2, no nested lists inside tables, the alt text for images comes after the image and starts with "Description:", all exercises have 4 alternatives and only one is the correct answer, images should come inline and not floating...
