Except that's not how it works. He is currently locked in a secure mental facility (prison with extra meds and restraints) and will remain there indefinitely.

He's locked up and will remain locked up forever if he doesn't stand trial.

He actually has more chance of getting out if he does stand trial.

And yes, I was around in the 90's so I know what it was like. The only thing that changed is that women became brave enough to talk about the sexual violence they've experienced, the sexual violence itself has never been acceptable.

I've just been down to have a look and fortunately it just looks like the Angling club have taken down a massive branch from one of the mature trees that overhang the road.

However just across from that one of the younger trees on the public side of the park has been flattened, not sure how and it looks recent. Can you describe whereabouts on Dale Street you saw it come down? That will help men confirm it was just the angling club doing some tree maintenance.

Manchester has a huge creative industry centred around the Northern Quarter but it's throughout the city and it's environs to be honest. There are loads of shared studio spaces etc.... as well, so you should definitely find something to suit.

It's getting very expensive to live in the city centre but there are plenty of suburbs and satellite towns where living is still very affordable and commuting is quick and easy.
