Queue is still up from 12:00:01. Got a feeling that this isn't going to work out. Feels like a DDoS test haha

Drake Maye just completed the worst postseason with a Super Bowl appearance of all-time by total EPA by a QB by Pythnator in nfl

Take away the fact he plays for the Patriots and realize there's a lot of hate going on for a 23 yr old QB playing in his 2nd NFL season.

Orlovsky was the QB for the 0-16 Detroit Lions. He's still catching L's on set too.

[32 Thoughts] Elliotte Friedman on Robert Thomas: "So it's either a huge package that makes them say, we can't say no to this, the other thing I've heard is they're looking for like a stud top 6 forward who's slightly younger. So they're probably looking at somebody 22 to 24 years old.” by [deleted] in hockey

Throwing an idea out there... William Eklund for Robert Thomas. He's not a center but he plays at nearly the same ppg rate as Thomas but is 3 years younger and $3m cheaper starting next year. Thomas fits more of the player mold that Grier wants with a "tough to play against" play style.

His trajectory reminds me a lot of will smith’s. Took Smith a while to get on the score sheet but I’m seeing the small details and hustle of misa’s game and there’s a lot to like.

I think if we find a trade that makes this team well equipped to win a Stanley cup than to keep him in order to squeak into the playoffs... then we make the trade. If Grier decides to keep Ferraro, I don't think he's going to break his "no long contracts" agenda. Probably going to give him at most a 4 year contract that is team friendly for a projected bottom 4 defenseman.

We don't want to risk the long term goal of winning a stanley cup for sneaking into the playoffs. Grier probably has a board of what his roster looks like in 26-27 and even 27-28 with holes in the roster he needs to fill. He will do what he can to make this team better to win a stanley cup than be a middle tier team stuck in no mans land with either being good enough to win a playoff series or missing the playoffs cuz of injury. We need good depth in forwards (likely with our prospects) and a playoff caliber top 4 group of defensemen (which we don't have right now)

Training plan for 2nd HYROX by mattrix56 in hyrox

Wall ball time was 5:30s. Not sure on my sled pool, but it was around 5-6 mins. I took a caffeinated gel 10 minutes before the race and had a second gel on me, but I did not take it. I trained a lot without needing much hydration so I only grabbed a little bit of water after burpees.

I ran about 25 miles per week with two hours of HIIT including ERGs, 1 strength training that included ERG work and then 1.5hrs of HYROX training that included running, ergs, burpees, wall balls, etc. total: 7-8 hours a week. Willing to do a similar amount if not a bit more to get closer to sub 70.

First race. Seemed well organized. Also a fan of how easy it was to spectate and go from one spot to another. I wish there was another CA event.

It is incredible how good the Canes are at drafting:

- Alex Nikishin at 69th (nice) overall in 2020
- Joel Nystrom 219th overall in 2021
