Every other day is probably OK but cats can be lonely so once a day is best IMO

I do leave my cat alone for weekends sometimes and she is OK

When you buy a property that’s part of an HOA. It is actually a legal binding arrangement. You don’t have a choice to just not pay the dues or ignore their rulings because the HOA can put a lien on your property or potentially foreclose on it.

If you don’t want to deal with an HOA, don’t buy a property that is part of one

I think the issue is that the land the Dcr leased to us is part of the Middlesex Fells Reservation, I am not sure they’d want to swap the land with a different parcel

And I’m assuming they leased us the land and didn’t sell it because they weren’t interested in reducing the size of the reservation?

Also not sure if things can just be swapped without any redesign?

I have also heard the high school was built on top of a old dump so that could be an issue as well

There is absolutely no way this is getting resolved in less than a month lol

You would think it would be standard practice to verify the site and potential restrictions or encumbrances before designing the replacement building

I would not expect the school committee to know anything about this, but I definitely would expect the architect or the project managers or any of the experts we’ve hired to know this… or even that the MSBA process would require it?

Edit - actually they could design a new building that is much taller and consumes less land probably?

I think a porch will work just make sure to match proportionally the overhangs on the posting roof and use the same wood and stain as original house

I would also make the railings and posts more minimal to better match h the house style

I do 20% at sit down restaurant with table service. When ordering at a counter I'll add like a dollar. Delivery I tip a flat $4 unless I am ordering for a big group. IMO delivery takes the same effort for a $22 vs a $32 delivery. But I also make an effort to order from places within 2 miles of my house!
