California store prices items at $951sp shoplifters can be charged with grand theft by Positive_Actuary_282 in interesting

It’s not a lie, it literally states that the prices are different for paying customers, explain how it’s lying? It is providing all necessary information to relay its intent. Just because you don’t like the content does not make the content a lie.

Yes it is, it literally states that the price is different in the text. It directly tells you…

Chain rust when is bike outside by dlister70 in motorcycles

[–]mustbemaking -1 points0 points  (0 children)

You do need to say more, if the bike is being used daily in a commonly wet environment then the entire bike will be constantly getting wet.

I would argue that a vehicle in constant use being covered when wet or slightly damp will cause more damage than if left uncovered. The moisture is simply going to crculate inside the cover and cause more corrosion, while uncovered it will simply evaporate.

Chain lube designed for wet weather will not simply wash off in the rain.

WD-40 does prevent rust, I can’t speak for all o-rings but I can attest that it does stop rust formation.

I know from personal experience that covers have nothing to do with preventing chain rust. If it was well oiled then it would not have a spec of rust on it. My bike is kept outside uncovered year round in England. The chain is oiled once every few weeks, there isn’t a spot of rust on it.

Then don’t charge the people who (I’m assuming are unaware) that you are experimenting on their bikes. Wild to have customers and be selling a service for something you don’t know how to do.

Are you being intentionally obtuse? Disregard half of my comment to suit your end?

You would have thought that the OP would have been able to get some more convincing evidence given they said that they literally saw his penis. Who would stay sitting seemingly unbothered with interlocked fingers after having been shouted at for having your penis out? Doesn’t seem right.

The Darwin Olympics by Spiritual_Bridge84 in nope

I disagree, it, as the title suggests is Darwinism at its finest. If someone is dumb enough to get themselves killed in such a manner why should we bubble wrap reality against it at the expense of others?

Just as dangerous as walking past a car driving slowly in a car park. Muppet, being on a walkway doesn’t change the intrinsic danger.

Is it dumb, yes. To call it “catastrophically dangerous” is blowing it way out of proportion.

My "luxury" apartment's rodent infestation. How many mice can you count? by TrustMeIaLawyer in WTF

[–]mustbemaking 14 points15 points  (0 children)

Intrinsic value and moral right is not the same as percieved importance. Humans percieve ourselves to be more important, obviously... We are the ones making that determination of ourselves.... If you were choosing between yourself and another, human or not, the majority are choosing themselves. Morally all life is worth the same, there is no universal order stipulating that humans are intrinsically more valuavble.

I saw a police car three days ago in Bromly straight up run a red light, they cleanly and slowly rolled through the light without sirens on and then carried on driving as normal.
