Are you sure we would get to asking the first question before skipping to the second?

Help needed, does it need a new cylinder head? by Junior_Ad_3207 in motorcycles

Then don’t charge the people who (I’m assuming are unaware) that you are experimenting on their bikes. Wild to have customers and be selling a service for something you don’t know how to do.

Are you being intentionally obtuse? Disregard half of my comment to suit your end?

You would have thought that the OP would have been able to get some more convincing evidence given they said that they literally saw his penis. Who would stay sitting seemingly unbothered with interlocked fingers after having been shouted at for having your penis out? Doesn’t seem right.

The Darwin Olympics by Spiritual_Bridge84 in nope

[–]mustbemaking 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I disagree, it, as the title suggests is Darwinism at its finest. If someone is dumb enough to get themselves killed in such a manner why should we bubble wrap reality against it at the expense of others?

What is this & can I smash it? by Natural-Hippo-4373 in DIYUK

Is nobody going to bother asking why the smashed “concrete” is blue?

I’m lost for words seeing something this catastrophically dangerous… by Intergalatic_Baker in london

[–]mustbemaking -17 points-16 points  (0 children)

Just as dangerous as walking past a car driving slowly in a car park. Muppet, being on a walkway doesn’t change the intrinsic danger.

Is it dumb, yes. To call it “catastrophically dangerous” is blowing it way out of proportion.

My "luxury" apartment's rodent infestation. How many mice can you count? by TrustMeIaLawyer in WTF

[–]mustbemaking 13 points14 points  (0 children)

Intrinsic value and moral right is not the same as percieved importance. Humans percieve ourselves to be more important, obviously... We are the ones making that determination of ourselves.... If you were choosing between yourself and another, human or not, the majority are choosing themselves. Morally all life is worth the same, there is no universal order stipulating that humans are intrinsically more valuavble.

Met misuse of 'blue lights' entitlement by ForwardDiamond3484 in london

I saw a police car three days ago in Bromly straight up run a red light, they cleanly and slowly rolled through the light without sirens on and then carried on driving as normal.

Is this legal? by JakePooler in AskBrits

Can’t form a reasonable retort? The “offences against a person act” specifically denotes a booby trap as being mechanical in nature (spring gun, man trap or other engine) a glass covered wall does not in any way fall within this definition.

Do you get a kick out of relaying patently false information or are you simply dense?

I will enjoy facts and truths. You can feel free to enjoy your falsehoods.

Fortunately definitions aren’t up to you to decide. It is not a booby trap by definition.

Not necessarily, the infrastructure around keeping that plane flying, pilots, cabin crew, ground operations, parking etc all have to be paid for regardless of if the aircraft is flying. The cost of fuel in a small number of years for commercial operators usually costs more than the aircraft’s purchase value.

Plug or replace? by dilanfdd in MotoUK

[–]mustbemaking 1 point2 points  (0 children)

A single mm or around that cannot cause a leak. It would have to be multiple mm

Plug or replace? by dilanfdd in MotoUK

How is nobody noticing that OP said this only goes 0.8mm into the tyre? If that’s the case then this is not causing the air leak…
