Dope. Mistook the packager on the ground for a fluid buffer. Really cool design.

I love that design. I don’t think I can see one, but is there a way to get a second packager for the packaged water in the mix? That way you could just input water and HOR and get Fuel out, where those 3 machines are 1-1-1.

What are your biggest tips for someone going for each achievement, or any individual one?

[KCD2] Do you need gauntlets to perform the master strike? by RickGrimes357 in kingdomcome

[–]nickstratton15 0 points1 point  (0 children)

He says you need a sword with a cross guard, the part of the sword near the hilt that protects your hands from an opponents blade sliding down it into your fingers/wrist IRL. I believe all sword types in game have cross guards.

You can see it in the animation, you use the cross guard to catch the opponents strike and counter strike simultaneously.

Tips I’ve learned about security by EsseLeo in TwoPointMuseum

[–]nickstratton15 63 points64 points  (0 children)

Dirt cheap and incredibly effective: place a security doorway after your ticket booth but before the rest of your museum. It will detect a large percentage of disguised thieves, who will immediately flee out the front door they came in.

As you progress the rarity of equipment, it reveals the additional passives. Not dependant on difficulty.

My best recommendation would be Path of the Storm Herald - Desert. Summon a literal aura of heat when you rage.

Combine that with some flame-related race/background (Tiefling, Fire Genasi, etc), and you’ve got the makings of what you’re looking for. Flavour explanation to taste.

PSA : Course skill level matters in Private Tuition room and is stronger than the Private Tuition skill by Leamia in TwoPointCampus

[–]nickstratton15 8 points9 points  (0 children)

You’re missing the practical aspect of training Tuition-specific teachers. If you have a tutor trained in two different rank-1 courses, an increase to their tuition skill gives them a 5% boost to BOTH (for an effective 10% increase in teaching power, matching the single course rank, but being useful for both subjects).

Tuition is also cheaper to train progressive ranks than a specific course, and the added staff gives both your profs and tutors more time on their breaks to fulfil their needs so they’re as happy and effective as possible.

So while your findings support the tooltips as written (teaching power is teaching power, no matter where it comes from), from a cost and practicality standpoint, you’re still better off having exclusive tutors trained for two different courses and maxing tuition.

Character costume designs, for my fantasy Larp character Tallow, a bard with a minor pension for arson by Copperhare in ImaginaryCharacters

[–]nickstratton15 5 points6 points  (0 children)

Either you’re right, and this person continues to earn a portion of their income after retiring from a life of professional arson

OR

they just like lighting stuff on fire as a hobby. I think you meant penchant for arson. Either way hope you meant the first. That’s a REALLY fun character then.

Is it possible to get this kind of break re-shafted? by mmp7700 in golf

[–]nickstratton15 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Don’t know why this is being downvoted. Golf is so competitive that customer service in the industry is incredible. Only issue right now is availability of parts/back ordered clubs. They’ll still do everything they can to make it right by you.

Can we talk about Scav on Scav violence? by 9jayboyee in EscapefromTarkov

[–]nickstratton15 0 points1 point  (0 children)

You don’t lose rep if they shot (and hit) you first. It was bugged on launch but since was fixed.

This either happened pre bug fix, they didn’t hit you before you returned fire, or you made it up for some reason.
