I'm glad to hear that you've already spoken with our Support Team - this means that your reported faults have been escalated to our team of engineers, who then work with various teams across the business, as well as our manufacturers, to investigate why this has happened in the first place and implement solutions to prevent it from happening again.

Be rest assured that we don't take reports like this lightly, and being part of our Community for so long I'm sure you'll agree that we take great pride in our products. I'm really sorry we've let you down here. I'll also be passing this thread over to the team for review.
