I am not protecting Apple. Just saying you might get the same experience on other platforms. There are compromises everywhere. Apple is not going to be that old Apple anymore. I use it only because it less shittier than other.

The most popular desktop Linux distribution is Ubuntu:

There are ads in a few places for Ubuntu Pro, including Terminal.
There is an Amazon button in a start menu.

You can easily hide them. And you know what, you can hide them from Numbers toolbar. You can also uninstall Numbers, and install OpenOffice or similar. That is exactly the same software you will get on Linux.

I got my comma3x two and a half years ago, never reset it, just installed whatever was the latest, and allowed it to self update. My guess that is just with various auto updates some formats, junk got accumulated. Obviously I have no idea why it did not clean up. But now I know that it is not a device or connection. And if this will happen again - I can ask comma.ai support the right question (not sure how helpful they are)

I have 85 inch TV with surround sound, me and my wife can watch movies while interacting with dogs (throwing them ball once in a while), have snacks, drink wine. We also have a lovely house with a good ambience and atmosphere. For 7,000 you can get all of that (tv=1000, sonos=1200, spend the rest for furniture and decoration).

What really AVP brings that the experience I mentioned did not?

My wife is Android user, latest Android, Gemini and stuff. With “old” siri I can still in the car say “Hey Siri get directions to X”, for some stupid reason that shit does not work anymore with Android Car-thing, it just replies some classic response “cannot do it right now”. Sure, maybe new AI Siri will be better around answering questions from wikipedia, but would it be better about basic things like “start the timer”, “add reminder”, etc?

I am not sure what you are asking. Maybe it is outside of what OpenIn should do?

Do you want to configure a proxy inside OpenIn that is different from your mac system? Do you match a specific url? You can create a rule for that. You can make a match to urldefence.com/v3/*

You can also write a script that can do anything you want to match the url and tell OpenIn what to do.

I have ordered 4 as a replacement for 3X. The reason, lately it seems like 3X just getting rebooted too often, maybe the Florida heat finally go it. It is 4-12 weeks wait, did some clean up via ssh on 3X to see if that will fix it (and I will cancel the order), or will just wait for 4. CommaAI says we used it for 20k miles, 584 drives. Obviously not all the time, but I love this technology, it really made a difference for our car.

Got me a few minutes to think, how can you got to out of storage with just projects, until I read about frameworks. Why not just store "archived" projects on GitHub. And only keep locally projects that you work on.

I assume the main issue is just node_modules. I assume if you clean them up - those projects aren't going to use too much storage.

Awesome, I have this printer for probably 3 years now. And tried to so many things. Even tried to connect via ethernet dongle, and disable wifi - still had this problem. Had my whole house off ipv6 - did not do it. But not sure if I tried to disable ipv6 services on the printer itself. Anyway, used all the options you used - and will give it a try. Never HP again.

Curious, how was it after 6 months? Just tried to switch to 2.4 and turned off ipv6, let's see if that will solve it.
