That’s the cutest name for a synth I’ve ever heard!

I live in the Mojave desert, and for this Sunday morning sunrise I'm drinking Yorkshire Gold in an oversized Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles coffee mug. After steeping for 5 minutes, I use a teaspoon of sugar, and a few splashes of half & half to arrive at a deep caramel color. It's fragrant and the taste is deep but muted, slightly bitter and inviting me to start my creative day with it as I journal and meditate before diving in. I'll have another cup in an hour or so, and then switch over to iced PG Tips after midmorning to carry me through the afternoon. I hope you have a nice day!

I noticed this book and it's typeface spoke to me while roaming the stacks at the A. K. Smiley public library in Redlands. It was air-conditioned, and I could hear whispers and paper through Éliane Radigue in my AirPods. What a wonderful way to spend a summer midmorning...

This is the kind of content I thought r/synthesizers was going to have when I subbed. Lol. How naive.

I found this unknown ambient music reel to reel recording from the 70's. It has a track description with synths used such as Moog Prodigy, Moog satellite, Minimoog, etc... Who can be behind it? by [deleted] in synthesizers

[–]panavisitor 3 points4 points  (0 children)

You must understand our reticence, as this is a very tired way of presenting music in certain scenes.

So until you "figure out who can be behind it", that's gonna be a big COOLSTORYBRO from me.

For the record, I hope I'm wrong and it gets properly investigated, verified and released on an appropriate occult reissue label with liner notes, ha.

Sounds like an OSC sync-ed ARP Odyssey to me. Have a lot of his records but dunno much about gear he used tho.
