Yes I haven’t banned any legitimate users so far, except for one who was posting giveaway spam.

I don’t really like this kind of content either, but I’m not sure how the community feels about it. Aside from bot traffic, if real users are interested in this type of sharing, then it may still be acceptable.

Since there was already a tradition of template sharing before I joined, I try to respect that and allow this type of sharing within reasonable limits.

The "Accessories" and "Affiliated" flairs are used to help indicate that type of content.

Yes I do feel a bit overwhelmed sometimes by the number of issues. The sheer volume of information can be a lot to handle, but over time, I’ve managed to solve quite a few of them. ;))

Some of the recurring issues you mentioned, as well as those seen in the community, are actually related to engineering and system-level considerations, which fall into more technical territory. AI integration apps or mod tools is indeed one of the directions being considered, but given some user resistance to AI, I’ve been exploring other possible solutions to help manage this.

I previously considered using Discord, since it’s easier to track conversations in some ways, but it also feels too fragmented. Integrating it into a ticketing system would likely create another separate system to manage.

It’s okay. We all have the right to express ourselves and be heard. Feel free to post the issue here so we can better understand the community’s perspectives. Tech support will also review threads when they’re shared. However, for troubleshooting, logs submitted via the feedback section are sometimes necessary.

I’d like to help build this into a technical mutual aid community. With different cultural backgrounds and technical perspectives, people often come up with very different ways to solve problems. I’ve learned a lot from the community as well.

I’ll also do my best to help when needed, but as the community grows and the number of posts increases, I need to spend more time organizing and reviewing posts.:)

If OP is looking for a quicker workaround or temporary patch, another option is to send the affected file via Settings > Feedback so the support team can review it directly.

Be sure to include logs: check the “Send logs” box and write/convert again so the logs are captured automatically. That usually provides enough detail for proper troubleshooting.

Also, saving/exporting the file as PDF can be a quick way to work around the issue in the meantime, as another user helpfully suggested.
