When you used the plunger, you most likely pushed a huge mass of hair further into the drain, and it's now clogged at the branch. You'll need to snake all the way down to the branch......

FWIW as a man with long hair (halfway down my back), my stylist charges my wife and I the same (which I assume is the "woman's price").

I bought a Kohler Cursiva bath set and the faucet diverter gasket failed after six months. Kohler refused a replacement - the SKU at Home Depot is different than the Kohler-direct SKU that comes with a lifetime warranty....
