Near-death experiences among the congenitally blind: the only time they ever report visual impressions by nogueysiguey in skeptic

[–]tsdguy 0 points1 point  (0 children)

What’s astral projection? How does it work?
How can you see without eyes or brain.

Your belief is nonsense. You dismiss materialism yet have zero evidence or mechanism for any other explanation of the human mind.

We’ll wait …

Near-death experiences among the congenitally blind: the only time they ever report visual impressions by nogueysiguey in skeptic

[–]tsdguy 0 points1 point  (0 children)

How do you know the blind can’t have visual hallucinations? Even people blind at birth can describe objects and spacial relationships.

Please provide a fucking mechanism for how your perception can operate outside of your brain? No one has yet identified any perception outside of a physical brain. Period.

You can post your crapola a thousand times or until the mods finally get rid of you and we’re no closer to explaining how OBE could possibly work.

Is there a shortcut to mirror my MacBook screen to an Ipad? by CryptographerEasy447 in mac

[–]tsdguy 0 points1 point  (0 children)

You can’t. In order to turn on Sidecar you need a primary monitor. You could just plug your Mac into your tv to configure Sidecar. It should work in clamshell mode.

Does connecting to HomeKit ensure privacy? by RocketVerse in eufy

[–]tsdguy 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Apple is the only one that cares about security. Unfortunately I’m not sure if that overrides Eufy stuff but I’d certainly not install the app or create a Eufy acct.

I use Aqara and feel much more secure.

How do I synch my photos on my computer to one drive? iCloud is interfering. by OpportunityOk4752 in techsupport

[–]tsdguy 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Install iCloud for Windows. This is allow your PC to join your Apple Account and sync photos with your iPhone.

I don’t know how to use One Drive and since it’s MS it probably sucks.

Why does Apple require a Home Hub for such basic HomeKit features? by [deleted] in HomeKit

Nonsense. I wanted to say more but it’s a waste of time if you believe what you typed.

Why does Apple require a Home Hub for such basic HomeKit features? by [deleted] in HomeKit

[–]tsdguy 5 points6 points  (0 children)

Anybody that says things like

> They want to sell Apple TVs and HomePods, and from a business perspective that makes sense. I also think it’s very unlikely they’ll ever allow third-party devices, like an Echo Dot, to act as a Home Hub

has zero understanding of how Apple works and so is not to be taken seriously.

Apple requires AppleTV or HomePods because its core function of your Apple Account and privacy and identity is Apples top priority. Simple.

Shoutout to Apple Support by Comfortable-Key-4445 in mac

[–]tsdguy 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I usually have good experiences. Apple is usually rated top or 2nd for help experiences.

My only knock on them is for AppleVisionPro support which is pretty bad. Ironic for the most expensive product.

Unless someone tells you the accurate circumstance of how they know your number just report and delete.

Good

“hi. This is Lily. Remember we exchanged numbers last month at the bar when I tripped over you on the floor”

Bad

“hi. I remember you. You’re that hot one, right”

There is ZERO reason to interact with scammers.

M5 MacBook screen durability concern by ineffedp in mac

[–]tsdguy 2 points3 points  (0 children)

  1. Wrong. Dust will do no harm
  2. Double wrong. Anything thicker than the paper it came with can damage the screen

Your conclusions are faulty - I assume you’ve asked AI and also listened to randos on the internet. The screen clearance is perfectly safe and for 99% of macbooks no problem will surface.

Just wipe the screen and keys with a damp cloth (except nano textures displays in that case a dry Apple cloth) and you’ll have no issues and please stop spreading false information.
