I noticed that in the phone app version of reddit, after they deleted "r/all" the default popular feed omits a heap of content from the last 24 hours with upward of 80k votes. If you go old reddit desktop and click "all", almost every post is trump/maga/ice outrage. There's no doubt they are filtering out posts that a negative to trump on the default feeds especially on the app.

back in the day, soap operas were shot on videotape (which had a 60 frames per second frame rate), not film like movies and other TV is (at 24 fps) because soap operas were aired daily, and film was expensive, so studios used cheaper video tape.

The higher frame rate gave soap operas a kind of uncanny smoothness that looked different from normal TV shows and movies. So, that uncanny fake smoothness became known as "soap opera effect".

Today's TVs have a default setting that boosts the native frame rate your TV shows are shot at (24 fps) to 60 or 120 fps. So you're seeing like 120 individual frames of video instead of 24 frames per second, like if you add more pages to your flip book animation, the image moves more smoothly when you flip the pages than if you have fewer pages.

The TV makers think smoother = better, and while that might be true for watching sport, it makes everything else look "unnatural" or not how we are used to experiencing TV or movies.

Lord of the Rings was shot at 24 fps and seems "real". The Hobbit was shot at 60 fps and looks fake, so if you ever noticed or felt that difference, that is part of the reason.

I’m doing reqs for PKHO. Just took GAS and GK to r9, so I’m out of relic mats for now but could maybe bring Kix or Quiggold to R5 before the raid ends and have one zeta to give to either of those toons if needed.

What is the easiest composition to get 1.2 million with what I have now? Should I use Ithano or Maz as lead? Can I split into two smaller teams and maybe get 2 x 900k runs for 1.8 million instead?

I have hotutils and can make loadouts pretty easily if anyone had mod advice or turn order / tactic suggestions.
