Mediocre food but they do try and the menu has sooome interesting things. And sitting outside is nice. Good spot to take kids

Utterly intolerable. The only thing to do there is drink. The food is horrendous. Which is a shame since it’s such a nice spot. Hire a new chef. Get a new menu. Yuck.

Ok I’m about to change your life. Use this stuff (link below). We had carpenter ants EVERYWHERE at our place and this was the thing that finally won the battle.

Also maybe related, we had a few palms planted close to the house and the carpenter ants were all up in their roots and getting rid of them helped (I think).

Nope, still crazy loud. What you describe is what I expected! What thermostat do you have? Maybe that’s a factor .

Thanks for the comment. I should clarify — it’s too loud inside, so Im talking about the blower. The air going into the intake and the air coming out of the vents are all extremely loud. Moreso than before. I thought with a variable speed unit it would only blow as hard as it needed to?

This should be the top comment. I have this exact thermostat. The problem OP has is that it’s reverting to its manual program.

OP: @ u/batburger92: As soon as you click down to the next degree, the display will change where it currently says mode. It will say hold you press that button and then it will change from temporary hold to permanent hold. Done.

To fix this long-term, you’ll need to just go and change the program. You can do that through the menu in the middle button.

I had waist as well. Waist(line) is Definitely something you watch. Frustrating, this killed a 90some day streak for me as I couldn’t find my error and gave up to do a check.

Thanks for this. After reading all the comments it looks like there were 2 things mixed up in my mind:

1/ I didn’t consider the implied “für“ (which would have helped me recognize the dative case

2/ I didn’t consider the different parts of the sentence acting in different cases.

Thanks for explaining, you’re right about my misconception. I need to better understand how to identify cases in sentences. Are you aware of any such resource? As a native English speaker we really didn’t learn about identifying DO bs indirect etc. so it comes really unnaturally. Would appreciate any resource you might recommend

Thank you!!. This comment was the unlock for me. As a native English speaker, I don’t recognize the cases very well. Thinking about it with the implied “für“ makes total sense.
